We obviously hope and expect that you will have a great stay at South Wing. If you are unfortunate enough to fall ill we ask that you follow the following UK Hospitality guidelines, if a guest presents themselves with symptoms or Covid-19 or is asymptomatic but declares the need to self-isolate, they
should check out and return home to self-isolate according to current government guidance. If the guest has acute symptoms, has breathing difficulties, or their life is at potential risk, seek medical help immediately. We have placed NHS posters around the house that provide help on the steps to take to access medical help, the numbers to call and the address of South Wing.
