We have always taken a flexible approach to changing circumstances. If you need to change the date of your booking we will always try and accommodate this. We now provide an even more flexible cancellation policy allowing you to book with increased confidence. Yes, cancellation due to Coronavirus is covered. There is no need to opt in or pay a separate premium and no complex terms and exclusions to read and accept. Any new booking made after the 24th June 2020 is automatically included and covers cancellations made between 60 days and 2 days of the scheduled arrival date. New policy! We have changed our cancellation policy. If you cancel your membership during the first 7 days, you do not have to pay any of your remaining subscription period. The new policy applies to all new customers.
